The house is offered fully furnished (including linens, kitchen utensils, and dining ware) and includes extras like bicycles, a paddle board, kayak, and other outdoor gear. All utilities are included (water, electric, internet, natural gas, garbage, and recycle) to make the house as turn-key as possible for a family making Seattle their new home. It is in an excellent location to get to Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. It's close to public transit and freeway access, but with the ability to bike and walk to almost everything you need.
This 3-story house has been our much-loved home for 28 years. We hope it will become a cherished home for a new family while we are working overseas. Lease timing is negotiable. We anticipate renting the house for 4+ years.

We're the MacFetridges — a family who has raised 2 sons while calling this house home for 28 years. We're relocating overseas (Luxembourg) for work and want to share our home with another family who will love it as much as we do.
This will be our 2nd time with an international relocation so we understand how important it is to have clear communication regardless of time zones. We've assembled a local support team to handle maintenance and any issues while we're abroad. Our adult son lives a mile away for any emergency that may arise.
